DIMITAR DRADI distributes items solely covered by Manufacturer’s Warranty, a legal guarantee of conformity provided by art. 128-135 of the Italian Consumer Code.

Manufacturer’s Warranty
All products for sale on dimitardradi.it are covered by Manufacturer’s Warranty, a legal guarantee of conformity provided by Italian Consumer Code. Since delivery date, customers are entitled with a 24 months warranty period on the purchased product. For customers with VAT ID purchasing for professional use, the warranty period lasts 12 months. Any claims concerning hidden defects must be noticed to DIMITAR DRADI within 2 months from the discovery of the defect. DIMITAR DRADI will ensure the customer a repair or a replacement of the item as soon as possible. Warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper uses of the products, damages suffered by third parties or to things owned by third parties.

Guarantee of Conformity
A lack of conformity is defined as a defect verifiable at the time of receipt of the product and, in any case, visible before the beginning of the use of the same. DIMITAR DRADI offers direct warranty against defects in conformity and ensures an immediate replacement of the “non-compliant” products. For all other cases, it applies the Manufacturer’s Warranty.
Examples of lack of conformity:

  • Receiving a damaged product during transport.
  • Receiving a new product with visible defect before the beginning of the use.

Discovery of a manufacturing defect and return procedure:
Customers must report DIMITAR DRADI any problem and/or, alleged defect within 14 days of the discovery of the same, soliciting the replacement of the item. DIMITAR DRADI will authorize the replacement of the item (transport costs shall be borne by the purchaser) and will forward the item to the manufacturer for a technical evaluation of the specific case. In case of positive technical response, DIMITAR DRADI will replace the item. In case of negative technical response, according to the terms of Warranty, DIMITAR DRADI will return the product not replaced.
