2. General terms and conditions of sale
Validation of your order serves as acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
3. Validity of an offer
The items on the website are available while stock lasts. Some of them are indicated available within 5 working days. In case of charge or payment for items no longer available, DIMITAR DRADI will grant the customer an equivalent credit for a new purchase or a full refund within 14 days. DIMITAR DRADI will notify via e-mail when an item is temporarily out of stock, in stocking or definitely out of production.
4. Price list
All prices are quoted in Euros, including taxes. The price on the invoice provided by DIMITAR DRADI includes VAT. DIMITAR DRADI reserves the right to modify the prices at any moment, until the customer has confirmed the order
5. Order confirmation and payment
5.1: How to place an order
To place an order, customers are required to sign on dimitardradi.it with a personal username (personal e-mail) and password, providing all the necessary details to finalize the process.
Once selected and added the items to the cart, customers will be redirected to the checkout page, where they are shown the actual amount to pay. Any discount code must be applied in a specific field before the order confirmation.
5.2: Payment
On dimitardradi.it are available these methods of payment:
1. Payment by credit card.
2. Payment by bank transfer
3. Payment via PayPal
5.3: Non-payment
DIMITAR DRADI reserves the right to cancel an order or a shipping in case of total or partial non-payment. This term also applies in the presence of a payment dispute between a customer and DIMITAR DRADI.
5.4: Verification of the payments
DIMITAR DRADI carefully checks the website for the confirmed orders. These assessments seek to protect DIMITAR DRADI from any unlawful activity committed by ill-intentioned users. To carry out our services, we reserve the right to request any personal information necessary to expedite an order, like a verified billing address or a verified shipping address related to the person invoiced. In case of any issue with the processing of the order, the above-mentioned requests will be implemented via e-mail.
6. Identification
When placing a new order, customers who have already purchased an item on dimitardradi.it, can insert a randomly generated password, so that they won’t need to fill again all the necessary forms to complete the order. Registered customers will be logged in automatically on dimitardradi.it. Customers’ passwords are strictly personal. Personal passwords must not be shared with third parties. Customers who lose or forgot their passwords, are required to follow the Password Recovery steps in the Login Area, as soon as possible. In order to simplify the Customer identification through immediate communication of e-mail address and password, the Customer expressly authorizes DIMITAR DRADI to activate a cookie file, at the sole purpose to ease the identification.
7. Shipping
DIMITAR DRADI commits to deliver the available goods to the designated shipping courier within 5 working days of receipt of payment.
DIMITAR DRADI reserves the right to benefit of 15 more days in case of any manufacturing issue or items not available in stock. Customers will be notified via E-mail. In case of reconsideration of the order, customer are able to request an “immediate” refund. Shipping and delivery is carried out only by courier service, to grant a secure, reliable and traceable service.
8. Satisfied or refunded
Terms of restitution for items not on sale or discounted:
Items must be returned within 14 working days from date of receipt. To return one ore more items, please send an e-mail to info@dimitardradi.it with name, surname, order number and code of the item you would like to return. The return costs and any liability for loss, theft, damage or delay in the delivery shall be borne by the Customer.
Items shall return in their original, undamaged packaging. DIMITAR DRADRI reserves the right to refuse any returning item not previously indicated by customers. Customers are recommended to keep the courier receipt for registration until the procedure is not over. DIMITAR DRADI declines any responsibility in case of loss or corruption of the parcel during the shipping. Customers not satisfied with the purchase, shall be refund within 14 working days.
9. Parcels not delivered by our designed courier
Items not delivered to the recipient for the following reasons: unknown recipient, unclaimed parcel, refused parcel, damaged during shipping, tampering of the parcel…
9.1: Cause of returning of goods: unknown recipient or wrong address
Goods returned to the sender by the courier for the following reason: the recipient’s address does not match with the one indicated by the customer.
Once the goods are returned at our warehouses, DIMITAR DRADI will contact again the Customer to arrange a new shipping, at the expense of the customer, if the items are still available or he will proceed with refund the customer. DIMITAR DRADI reserves the right to refund the Customer in place of a new shipping, when multiple orders are returned to sender due to unknown recipient.
9.2: Cause of return: customer absent / noticed by courier
Parcel not picked up at postal office or at the designed pick up point within the accorded period. Once the goods are returned at our warehouses, DIMITAR DRADI will contact again the customer to arrange a new shipping, at the expense of the customer, if the items are still available or he will proceed with the refund the customer. DIMITAR DRADI reserves the right to refund the customer in place of a new shipping, if multiple orders shall remain unclaimed.
9.3: Cause of return: rejected delivery
The customer rejects the parcel at the moment of delivery. Once the goods are returned at our warehouses, the customer will be granted a voucher within 72 hours after the items are returned. The shipping costs will be deducted from the voucher. Customers can request the cancellation of the voucher and the related refund at info@dimitardradi.it.
In case of returning goods for “unknown recipient”, “wrong address”, recipient “absent\noticed” o “parcel rejected” DIMITAR DRATI does not guarantee the reservation of the items and might refund the order if the item, or items, are no more available. Shipping costs will be deducted.
9.4: Shipping costs for points 9.1,9.2,9.3
Shipping costs for the above-mentioned cases, shall be borne by the customer. DIMITAR DRADI will not refund these costs.
10. Responsibility
At any stage of access and consultation the website, filling of the forms, processing of the order, delivery of the items or any other service not specified, DIMITAR DRADI is solely responsible for agency obligations. Therefore, DIMITAR DRADI declines any responsibility for damages or inconveniences caused by an unfair use of the Internet or not compiling with the obligations and precautions taken by DIMITAR DRADI. Specifically, any unexpected event related to the provision of the service, any cyber intrusion or computer viruses, shall not be attributable to DIMITAR DRADI. Similarly, any event which qualifies as force majeure in the legal sense by the Italian Corte di Cassazione, exonerates DIMITAR DRADI from all responsibility.
11. Intellectual Property
All elements on dimitardradi.it website, visual or audio, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, brand and patent law. They remain exclusive property of DIMITAR DRADI.
All hypertext links forwarding to dimitardradi.it and using in particular framing, deep-linking, in-line linking or any other deep linking technology is strictly and formally prohibited.
In all events, any link, even authorised, must be removed when requested by DIMITARDRADI.
12. Personal Data
DIMITAR DRADI, in the interest of the service, reserves the right to collect personal data about site users, in particular using “Cookies”, as described in Art.8.
