How can I return an item?
IN ITALY:
Contact us by e-mail at info@dimitardradi.it specifying the article code and the reasons. Thereafter, fill the RMA form we will send by e-mail and place it into the return package. Contact DIMITAR DRADI at +39 329 897 2362 or at info@dimitardradi.it to notice the return package has been dispatched. Customers who chose their own courier, shall assume the liability for a loss and the costs of return shipping. DIMITAR DRADI shall consider an item returned when it is physically returned back to our warehouse and\or it is collected and checked by us.
Before returning an item, customers shall ensure that it is in the same condition in which it was delivered. The substantial integrity of the same constitutes an essential requirement.
Within what timeframe can I return an article?
The timeframe to return an item shall be no longer than 14 (fourteen) working days from the delivery date.
Shall I pay the return costs?
Yes, shipping and handling for returned items, are always charged to the purchaser.
How long will it take for me to get a refund?
Usually, we accept the return within 14 working days from the date of delivery at our store. After the receipt of the returned item, we will immediately proceed with the refund procedure within 14 working days, in accordance with what established by e-mail along the customer.

DIMITAR DRADI reserves the right to refuse items exceeding the timeframe for return and items worn, damaged or substantially not in their original conditions. We will refund or change items returned according the above-mentioned instructions. If your returned item does not satisfy the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
